The main point is what percentage does not have a picture id? Can one get by without a picture ID?

Should i get him a ring?

I proposed to my man at a party. I was a lil saucy and I didnt plan it but meant every word. he wasnt drinking at all and said yes....we laughed about it afterwards and confirmed that we both were serious about getting hitched....should I get him a ring and ask him the right way or wait for him to produce a ring....and if I should what type of engagement ring for a guy?

Good home for cats?

I have 3 great cats that are indoor outdoor the majority of the time out door. I"m moving to Boston and didnt know if anyone knew of a good home that I could give them too. It does not have to be the same home for all cats. Thank you

In the Odyssey, Odysseus planting his oar in a place where sea faring is unknown?

What does this mean? What is a sea faring place? Why must he put his oar there?
I'm supposted to write a stanza about the undertaking of Odysseus placing his oar in a place where sea faring is unknown.

Do i have a case ???(Driving offence)?

I was stopped by the police a couple of mth's ago and it transpired that my always up to date insurance had run out(usual reminder letter never turned up).The police as they do are pursuing the matter and the paperwork has turned up including a court date for if i wish to attend.On reading the policemans statement he clearly states that he stopped me on a certain street,when in actual fact he stopped me in a totally different street and this can be proven by the in car camera on the police car and also witnesses that where in the car i was driving.Would i be right in thinking that i could stand a chance of getting this charge of the no insurance dropped on the grounds i am being charged for an offence in a street i simply wasnt in.I know its a technicality but its fact. If they had got there facts right,i would have to hold my hands up and except whatever the court decided. But why should i if they cant even get the facts of the charge right.

my child is not getting an education what are our rights he is 14?

he was excluded from mainstream school in april and i can not get anyone to educate him he is in care at the moment and has been promised a tutor for months he is very intelligent but noone seems to care he suffers form adhd but is trying to control it he wants to learn and is getting worried about his exams whitch he is due to sit next year what can i do

soft boiled eggs with sugar?

Does any of you eat a boiled egg (not hard bioled but soft, the way in Italy and in other countries is called "à la coque"). I eat hard boiled ones with any sauce BUT the soft boiled with sugar only, otherwise I leave them where they are! Unfortunately I seem to be the only one in the world who likes soft boiled eggs with sugar!

Can someone help me understand my my car owner's manual?

Under the sub-heading "Washing Your Vehicle" is says: Do not use cleaning agents that are petroleum based, or that contain acid or abrasives". However, I just purchased a bottle of Rain Dance liquid wax and I noticed it contains Petroleum Distillates.

Are those two things the same? Is a car wax that contains Petroleum Distillates considered "Petroleum-based"? Does that mean I should not use this product on my brand new car?

Then again, I wondered, why would the maker of Rain Dance manufacture a product that would be harmful to any type of paint surface?

Anyway, your insights on this (those of you who are well versed in this subject) are very much appreciated. Thank you for taking a minute and have a pleasant Labor day weekend!
