It's not like it's just a drip, either. Full force water. Just running with no one in there. Any suggestions?

Ask the building place to install new faucets that shut off automatically ... it'll save them tons in water costs.

I know a guy who's germa-phobic, and he freaks over shutting off the water after he's scrubed his hands. Sad, but true.

Why not ask around and find out? It sure does seem like an odd thing to do, not to mention a huge waste of water!

Someone either doesn't care or else is trying to scare you into thinking there's a ghost. Happens in most places at work, especially when you do night shift!

Put up a little sign about water conservation.

Sometimes I think that (my suggestion) is tacky, but if you word it right...
