I need an great answer or at least a great original idea by thursday!! I would like something outside of the box. Nothing I can easily just look up on yahoo. (trust me iv'e searched them all)

Anything that you can do with a series of steps or thought processes -- taking good images, downloading digital photos to your computer, putting together a 3-D puzzle, building a bookcase from real wood from the lumber yard, putting up a tent for camping, washing your clothes, etc etc etc. These are all demonstrative subjects, and will provide a lot of entertainment if you have a GREAT sense of humor in it (and especially if you can relate funny stories about how things can go wrong after you tell them how you made them go right).

Try demonstrating the different ways in which to eat an oreo cookie. Bring samples for the class so they can try. This went over bigtime in a class I was in. The individual presenting the demo got the highest grade.

I did a demonstration speech once on how to play Yatzee. Any game would probably work, and be more unique than "how to bake cookies" or something more common

you can find a poltical or economic topic which is against and to question but not fully reject the mainstream to take special notice
