Check in your local area for animal rescues if you can't take them with you. They should be able to place the kitties in a good home.
But if you can, please take your kitties with you!

Boston is a great place for a Cat to live!
I don't know your circumstances, but I couldn't bare to leave my babies behind.
I couldn't split them up either, two of mine are brothers, and they would lost without one another.
If you can't get a relative to help you out, you could ask the Vet for suggestions, most people who work in their establishment know of people whom will give a loving home, or they may just take them themselves.
Good luck in your decision, this has got to be a difficult thing to do.

As a cat owner you are responsible to take care of them 100%, otherwise why do you have animals in the first place??? You are required to take them with you and further take care of them. You would not like to be abandoned by your mother just like that now would you??? Think about how would you feel and put your cats in your shoes. They have been with you 100%, given you all the love you want, always stood by you. Been with you when you down or happy and stood by you no matter what happens! Why would you not do the same for them???
They are a responsibility, grow up and take care of it like it would be your kids? Would you wanna do it to your kids one day?????

I feel so bad for your cats, you are abanding them. why couldn't you find a place that will let you have cats. they aren't all that hard to find. now these cats will never see eachother again. man that must be so hard. didn't seem like you were that much of a cat lover anyways being you had them outside most of the time.
take them to a no kill shelter at least they will be taken care of untill someon adopts them, but again they will never see eachother again and I know they will miss eachother's company.
Poor kitties!

If you have to leave your cats, try a 'free to good home' ad in the local papers. Or if that doesn't work, the animal shelter.

Oh, it is a shame that you are leaving your cats behind. I moved from Oklahoma to Kentucky and then from Kentucky to Texas with my 3 cats! and I have always been commited to my cats, they have gone with me everywhere!
