Well you need to sit down with you wife and find out why she isn't having sexual relations with you, are you the type that want to receive all the pleasure and don't give.
A women needs to be worked on to want to keep having sex, if you don't show her the attention she wants then she will never be in the mood.

So get a stepping and make it a very romance bedroom evening. Massage her, love her, got the picture.

Now if that don't work then you need to do some serious thinking, marriage isn't about sex along but it does help it.

Let me say that if the man's wife is not having sexual relations with him she is more than likely having it elsewhere. It would pay a person to find out what is going on. When one finds out there is cheating in the picture divorce for not having sexual realtions becomes a mute point.

It is grounds for divorce in several states. I also believe the Bible has something to say about sexual relations between a man and a wife.

Is the lack of sex really the only reason you are considering divorcing her? There must be something more substantial then that. The liklihood that two people have identical libido's is low. So I doubt unmatched sexual drives is reason for divorce. If the reason she is not doing 'it' is to leverage some other change in you I doubt sex is the root cause of your issues. There are a myriad of other reasons sex is not on her agenda.. you need to give us more to work with!

You can try but be ready for her response to why she won't have sexual relations with you. It could be some reasons that you might not want to be public. Talk to your wife and find out what's the reason. There might be something medically wrong with her or with you. Communication is the key.

I don't really know- but, one- i think you need to give your wife a heads up before you go and get the divorce papers over something you two may be able to resolve together. Talk about what has killed your sex life and what you can do to spice it up. Communication is golden... two- maybe there's something else going on- like stress at work, kids, who knows?! Talk to her and figure out that's going on. Maybe your sex life will be better than ever and it'll save your marriage.

well, technically, in the eyes of the Catholic church (I don't know what religion you are), no relations IS grounds for an ANNULMENT because, in order for a marriage to be valid, it must be consummated. So, divorce is a sin, but an annulment is not, in the eyes of God.

No relations = no children, which, in the Catholic church's eyes, is the main reason to have sex.

Depends upon one's religious persuasion. Even Catholics allow divorce within the church, they do not allow remarriage however. Legally, lack of connubial relations is an allowable claim.

Actually in the bible, it states that neither a man or woman should withhold themselves from their chosen mate. You might want to get marriage counseling or study and pray together. (Corithians, Chapter 13 - The love chapter)
