3 of my cousins have endometriosis and my symptoms are exactly like theirs. I get extreme cramping in my lower abdomen 2 - 3 days before my period starts and it stays right until the last day. I have seen a doctor but they won't do anything about it. They say to take Midol, but it does nothing.

Yesterday I came back from a weekend spent with my boyfriend. We spent a nice weekend but today we argued a little. I started to cry and he got really upset with me and told me that these kind of situations makes him hesitate to be sure about us. He told me that he thinks we need time apart. He reassured me he is not breaking up with me but he needs time to think about us, his life, his career plans. What do you think I should do? I wanted to find out from him today if he sees me in his future and he said that he feels like I am always pressuring to talk to me about us and he says our fights and my cries do not make him feel too convinced about us. When I was leaving today, he kissed me and said to me " see you ok?". He said he does not want anybody else, he just wants time on his own as he feels exhausted with everything.
I sent him a message today to thank him for the weekend and to wish him good luck with job applications he has been stressed about bur no reply from him

This lasts about until afternoon. I wake up, shower, coffee, breakfast, and nothing helps except sometimes I put a cool washcloth over my eyes for 15 min. and that helps. Any suggestions? Cooling Creams to soothe my eyes?

My husband's brother has 5 kids: from oldest to youngest...6, 5, 4, 3, and a 5 month old. His brothers wife, says she needs a "break" and my husband's brother called us last night and asked if we could take the 3 and 4 year old for a few weeks. I'm all about helping family, but hell naw. My husband told me to make this decision, because I am the one currently at home. I have 2 of my own, one in school and a 8 month old. These kids are bad. Plus, I was not the one there holding her hips when they was stroking, so I don't have anything to do with them having so many kids that she needs a "break". I pretty much have made up my mind, but how do I tell them hell to the NAW, nicely? I also don't want to lie. I just want to be straightfoward and polite. I just can't beleive they had the nerve to just try and dump their kids off on us.

I asked my boss for a raise last Monday, based on how long I have been here, how much work I do, the quality of my work and my financial situation. He said he had to talk to his partner (the head attorney) and also look at the whole picture. They are trying to get our bookkeeper to go to half days and have me trained on her job, on top of mine.
I really need a raise quick and want to know how long I should wait for an answer and what I should say when I do bring it up again.

my friend left her partner and wanted to claim benifits as she didnt want to leave small baby. she has worked for 10 yrs and only wanted benifits till child was at school. she was had to wait 4 weeks for any money and in the meantime was given two carrier bags of food. as she had nothing.wich would be fair enough but asylum seekers get not only the benifits (a s a p) but food vouchers as well when she was told take what your given(very degrading i think)
