According to some of my guests that flew in today, Hand luggage must me be 1 small bag. You aren't allowed to take on lotions, creams, make up, cigarette lighters, Any fluids, Medication unless you need it for the flight. Any food or drink items. If you are taking children you can take juice for them only on condition that you are prepared to drink it in front of a check in staff. They are searching every bag that comes through. You can buy stuff at the airport and it can be taken on the flight as long as it is sealed. Hope this helps
Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger, no bigger than the size of a laptop or small rucksack - 35cm (13.5 inches) wide x 45cm (17.5 inches) long x 16cm (6.5 inches) high.
Any liquids, cosmetics or toiletries, including gels, pastes, lotions, liquid/solid mixtures, perfumes and the contents of pressurised containers - these must be checked in as hold baggage
Once in the departure lounge passengers may purchase any item in any store and take it onto the aircraft as normal unless you are travelling to the USA.

its pretty strict, i was there on wednesday last week, your hand luggage has to be really small, sorry i don't know exact dimensions but my small rucksack that i usually take on board wasn't accepted. all make up, lotions and any fluids must be packed in suitcase. u can't even take a bottle of water on to the flight. my lip balm and perfume was taken off me. if you buy in duty free its ok to take it on the aircraft as long as you show the receipt,, although i think for american flights its more strict.
