is it illegal to shoot herons that come into your garden and eat your fish. I dont want to cover the pond as this spoils the overall apperance, but i dont want to have to keep restocking the pond either.

A Long Island congressman says certain nationalities should undergo extra screening at airports ... those who are of middle eastern & south asian decent.

88% of the people who were polled about this answered "yes" and that they should be screened.

How many people think "Yes", they should be screened or "No", they shouldn't.

My opinion ... EVERY one should go through extra screening.

I don't know if this is even a question that can be answered through yahoo answers but it is worth a shot. I have designed my website, I have a host and domain name but I don't understand how to publish it. It keeps taking me around in circles. Also I designed it on my laptop which doesn't have internet so I need to transfer it to one that does. I tried to save it to a CD but it wouldn't recognize it. How soon after your egg is fertilized, does implantation occur, and would you feel slight sharp cramps in your abdomen? We possibly conceived by insemination on Sunday 8/13- I was taking fertility drugs (clomid & ovidrel) today I am extremely bloated and yesterday I was feeling sharp little cramps in my lower abdomen, on both sides? I've been smoking Newports for a long time and I just recently found out i'm pregnant. I won't lie it's very hard for me to kick the habit so i cut down to smoking maybe 2-3 cigarettes a day. Will this cause any major issues with growth of the baby? I do plan on stopping completely but I would just like to know if it can cause any health issues, birth defects, or miscarriage.

Now he just turned 21 in July. I have met the guy and he is very nice and I have had numerous discussions with him. He appears to be a good guy. He has just returned (in Feb) from Irag with the Marine Corp. He current resides at home with his dad and step mom and is currently employed as an electrician apprentice. And yes I do feel that I have raised my daugher appropriately so that she can make wise decisions on her own. My goal is to raise an independent daughter, so that when she is 18 and on her own she will indeed know how to make wise decisions all by herself. So what up---is the 5 years too much difference when one is a minor? Your opinions please.

yesterday, several games in a row when I went to take my first shot in pool, i was bumped out. Today, 2 times in my first 7 or 8 games as I went to sink the 8 ball I was bumped. last week as a new player came in (by the way his name was staff ..) every time it was my shot I could not move the cue stick, his was fine. Too many incidents like this certainly make it look like someone is having a good time at my expense. I come here to relax, I have made some friends. But lately, relaxing isn't happening.
