do u mean licks? ne how i know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop. it took me 1872 licks in 3 1/2 hours to accomplish it too. i did that last summer. (i was really bored)

BTW: to the center of a tootsie pop is 3 licks and a bite, or 629 licks.

i prefer my tootsie pop to be licked all night and would take offence to anyone biting it(ouch)
if it is licked properly you eventually get a nice creamy soft centre to enjoy as a reward
