4 keepers only.
QB: Peyton Manning
RB: Edgerrin James and Larry Johnson
WR: Steve Smith and Marvin Harrison
TE: Tony Gonzalez
K: Jason Elam
DST: Chicago Bears
Bench: Tom Brady, Mike Anderson, Sam Gado, Dante Hall, Alge Crumpler, Lawrence Tynes and Seattle DST.
**Planning on keeping Manning, Johnson, and Smith**
I just dont know who will be my forth keeper? I would keep Brady but he has the same bye week as Manning.

Yeah, definately kepp Manning, Johnson and Smith. I might keep one of your Tight Ends, preferrably Gonzalez (although he'll have a bye with Johnson), Crumpler might get the ball but since Vick runs it so much he might not get too many opportunities. I'd say overall keep Harrison, he'll get you a lot of points throughout the season and by him getting points, you'll get points for Manning at the same time! You can find someone there to back him up in the bye week.
OK, since I rambled on, go with Harrison. He gets points and so will Manning at the same time.

Brady is an o.k. fantasy QB so I wouldn't drool over him. Edge is going to have a good year in Arizona; they have such stud receivers that they should do well.
I would keep James if your league has heavy RB scoring or Harrison if it has heavy WR scoring. Kickers and defenses can be found easy, and WR and RB's are way more important than TE.

I would keep James. He will be a top 10 RB this year despite the Cardinals OL. If you start a team with Manning, Smith, LJ and James you will be unstopable!

If you have to keep 4 it's a no brainer:
Manning, LJ, S. Smith, and Harrison
