Current P.R. is 16:30 for 5K race. Right now I run around 20 miles a week and lift weights for maybe half an hour on most days. Also trying to build muscle and/or tone it (6', 160 lbs right now). Any ideas (diet, specialized excercises, etc.)?

I asked a question for advice not to be judged by people who don't know the WHOLE story. When someone asks a question you give an answer to the question they ask to the best of your abililty or likes. However judging is not intelligent if you don't know the whole story. My sammsung cd writer(52x/32x/52x dvd combo) used to burn moserbaer cds at 52 x using nero express 6 now it burns at a max of 8 x(nero says that the maximum burning speed is 8x).I tried using different cd brands like sony and imation but didnt give results

I was told I had a tilted cervix. I have no idea what that really means but they told me when I was delivering my first. I had areally hard time having him and my labor was over 23-24 hrs long, the entire time they thought about opting for a c-section. I am now 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and this baby is going to be large also if the ultrasound was accurate. What I am wondering is.. should my doctor go with a c-section due to this or just hope for the best?
