Any thing good and long lasting has to be done the hard way. Like if you were to build a clay vase, if you built it too quick and crappy, when filled with water it will crack under the pressure. To if you made it with time, and patiemce and waited untill it fully cured, when filled with water it will hold and not lose one bit of water. Or just take shrooms, l smoke a little amanita 20 min ago, might have more. By 2012 we will all transend 3d into 4 or 5th D.

Step-by-step directions for experiencing the 4th dimension:

First imagine a point.

Now imagine the point leaving a trail (................): That's a 1 dimensional object; a line.

Now imagine the line leaving a trail:
........................
........................
........................
........................
That's a 2 dimensional object; a plane.

Now imagine the plane leaving a trail (hard to illustrate with text). That's a 3 dimensional object.

Now imagine this 3 dimensional object leaving a trail. This is what happens when an object "moves through time". (Time is the 4th dimension.)

You can also imagine that the passage of your body through time, if it were viewed from the perspective of a "4 dimensional object" would (in the context of the 4th dimension) be regarded as a single "object". Possibly that object could (in a way which of course cannot be perceived by 3 dimensional objects such as ourselves) move through the 4th dimension, and in this realm exists as a 5 (or 6, 7, 8, etc) dimensional object.

Idol speculation, but something to think about.

transcending the 3rd dimension is difficult because it takes faith. it takes faith b/c you enter a realm that is beyond what the senses can perceive. therefore, it is not seen with physical eyes, etc. drugs and stuff only temporarily and artificially get you there. actually, you have to "purify" yourself or separate yourself from the things of the world to get there. you can't go beyond the 3dimensional world if you are stuck in it. you have to let it go.

you can do this several ways: get as far away from things that you are familiar with, things you think you need. this includes people. go to an inspirational place and be alone for awhile. you have to elevate yourself above the nonsense of everyday life, common things. you especially have to get away from other people's drama. getting totally absorbed in something creative or something you do well gets you there.

once your mind is purified, you'd be surprised at the heights you can go. actually, dimensions unfold. there are as many as 12, (2 layers of 6). (scientists are and will be discovering this.) time creates a spiral. it enables the unfolding of dimensions. dimensions are only aspects of the created realm. they did not exist before nor will they exist after time. (ouch. my brain hurts!)
anyway, a good book to read is "the Oblation Hour". It will stretch your brain.

Your strategies would properly be rewired and could be, each and every of the rubbish taken in from the Parrots does injury, we don't decide to circulate beyond the actual yet carry God/Goddess into life with the aid of raising our Kundalini up and bringing the capability backpedal into the decrease Chakras, in this way all of life is a non secular experience.

I think that a lot of the problem is that when we say "spiritual enlightenment" we don't really know what we're talking about. So we're talking about different things to different people, and there's not much objectivity to it.

nobody will believe you if you do transcend it. the only other way is death, so do us all a favor and get to it. spiritual enlightenment implies spirituality. sorry jerky, there's no soul in a pill for you.
