Who really knows why.....they themselves must have some problems if they are acting that way. People who are nice and not judgmental tend to just be kinder people. Sometimes though we can miss judge people and think that they are being rude etc, when they are just having a crappy day an aren't normally that way. Plus people like that are really doing you a favor. You have a glimpse into what they are like and the chances of getting to know them( putting time and effort into afriendship) and then seeing their real them is avoided.

most of the time its because they know they can get away with it, but other times its because somethings wrong with them and so they choose to take it out on others, or there just plane mean, and it makes them feel good,

they lack self respect and security, they also feel so small they need to do all that to protect themselves.
