It's just as shocking and meaningless when women do it. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Of course, that's not always true, but I'd rather live by that and miss one or two good ones, than get cheated on again.
Finding out you're the only loyal one in the relationship really sucks.

I believe insecurities may rule that reason.... however there are reasons that may inflame the insecurities- thus leading to not being faithful.
I find some women prejudge men as dogs, thus creating the psychological treatment of the man as a dog.
It's funny how women cheat more than men, though.

You may think there is no reason but there is in his mind, whether consciously or subconsciously.
He may have all your love, support, attention. You may keep your figure, be well dressed, wear make-up and the latest fashions.
You cook meals he likes, keep the house spotless, do his laundry and pick up after him. Be his soul-mate, listen to his problems concerning work, invite his parents to dinner regularly. Bear his children, make your own pocket money, go out with him when he wants. Like sports, watch all the same shows, laugh at his jokes.
Look like a kitten in the bedroom but act like a tigress.
So, why does he cheat? Because it's available to him. Because he can. Men/man always seem to want, not because they need but because they want to.

There is a reason and from a guy. Those who do of any age do because they are immature. The immature guy has no sense of what is important and is trying to fill this void such as he missed out on something and is finally able to play. The mature and thoughtful guy has had his fun but has realized that what is most important is having someone who truly loves and cares for you. The kind of guy who knows a quick thrill will never replace the feeling of waking up each morning and knowing that this person next to me loves me, can't figure out why but is thankful regardless that she does. And would never in a million years screw that up because I am the luckiest guy on the planet kind of feeling. Sure, temptation is everywhere. It could be so easy. But real love rules all. There are guys out there like me..... you just to find them.
