I don't know if it is a turtle or a tortise, i cant even find a picture of its species...

its small about the size of your palm, it has a domed shell with a long yellow ridge in the middle, its color varies from yellow to brownish black, it has long arms and tiny claws, its tail is small and skinny, it has big eyes and a beak like mouth, its head and legs are grey and it has a dim yellow stripe behind each eye. I found it floating in my pool and i would like to keep it, please offer any information you can!!!!

i know a guy, and he likes one of my close friends(i found out from one of his friends). he lied about his age to her and me to make it seem like he was older than us, he requested songs for us at dances, and he talks to us a lot. my question is, 1.why is he doing it for me too, and 2.why doesn't he just tell her he likes her?

I am 25 years old and I want to start using some anti aging products. Mainly around my eyes. It seems that I am already getting lines there. And that depresses me. I use proactive soultion because my skin is so bad. Any other products seem to make me break out. I use their SPF 15 day lotion. Is there anything I can use at night. Someone once told me to get the vitamin A gel caps from walmart and split one open and put around my eyes. Does that really work? Another question is about the MD Formulations from the Bare Escentuals, does anyone use them? It's just that it costs alot of money and I want to make sure it really works before I fork out all that cash! Any input and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)

OK i been goin out wid my X 4 11 mounths she was medium lookin, same wid the persnailty....

after 11 mounths i had relised we had lost the spark... we where arguing all the time so i broke things off... then almost recently i meet anouther girl... she is beautiful and has the most amazing persnailty....

the prob is my X relli wnts me bck, she is falling 2 peices she is drinking more and is also becomin very depressed.. wt do i do?!

as i did think if she was happyeir then jst date her but in the long run taht nvr work and i find it so hard 2 cheat and don't wanna risk losin my new g/f!!

Do you think that People who do not speak/read fluent English tend to take things the wrong way.. ? eg: I think Iraqi's have a nice tan coloured skin ... What am I saying ? Out of stubborness my toddler out of the blue has stopped using his manners. Im not strict about other words such as please and your welcome, I mean he's only 2(that can be taught in time) but I have been strict with thank you. Should I impose it on him and not give him what he wants or should I let it be? Im not quite sure he understands when I tell him "say thank you." And I feel really guilty hearing him cry. HELP!

In Bhavishya Puran (more than two thousand years old and vedas(more than ten thousand years old), holy books of Hindus mentioned about Jesus and Mohammed by their name before both of these saints came to earth. Why is it these dasys movies produced are generally very dark? This is very different to the olden days when movies were brighter.

For example, the old version of "The Planet of the Apes" by Charlten Heston is very brightly lited. This is in contrast to the remake some years back which shows a movie that is generally very dark and black.

Similarly, all the version of Batman movies are also all very dark. This is quite different from the original Batman movie by Adam West and Burt Ward, which is so much brighter.

Many movies these days are also all very dark. When they are telecasted on television, I need to turn up the brightness and contrast to a high level to see properly the images on screen.

Hey, don't get the wrong idea. These are all good movies. And they are all very well prodiced. The only thing is, why are they are all darker than before?

Why is this so? Can't Hollywood producers make their movies brighter?
