last year i bought her a mister patao head and jacket this year should i give her toys McCdonaldes every week or clothes oh and shes only 7

you know for you to be concerned enough to ask this question. I assume you 2 are very close. Seriously sometimes the best presents come from the heart. Tell your sister YOU are her's for the whole day. Do whatever she wants. make it a day to remember. The present will be nice whatever you get her but memories last forever

Get her a gift card to toys r us and let her pick out what she wants.

Why not take her swimming, or to
sport she likes to do.
A item she can use for school, backpack etc.
A cool outfit.
Has she hinted about anything?
Keep it simple, and fun.
