My job requires that I be very focused and analytical at key times, often not of my choosing. I often use caffeine to get myself in the frame of mind to do my job. At various times, I've weaned myself off caffeine, but I it always seems like I "must" rely on it during hectic and crisis times. The problem is that I often crash physically, psychologically and emotionally really hard afterwards, both after I get home from work and especially after the crunch time is over. Like I said, my job is such I often can't choose when I need to be alert and sharp, so general routines of exercise, plenty of sleep, etc, don't seem like they are enough come crunch time, because they are often the aspects that get compromised. Any recommendations for breaking the cycle? Any recommended readings, practices, etc.?

Should I ask my Dad if my stepbrother has to follow the same rules that I did when I was his age?
My Dad had a rule that me and my sisters couldn't have sex outside of the family until we were 21, unless we got married. My stepbrother turns 18 next week and I want to have sex with him for a birthday present. I'm way past 21, but he's only 18 and I'm not sure if he's technically family and if Dad's rule will apply to him, too. Should I just screw him, or run it by my Dad first

My grandma is very evil and calls my bf a dirtball and says we need to go to parenting classes, were both excellent parents, but why is she doing this?? I love my grandma but don't want to hurt her feelings, my boyfriend doesn't want her to see our kid, what to do? We've broken up for a year now.
The guy broke up with me for reasons that he needed to fix some self-issues and he was on isolation for a year. He finally come back looking in good emotional shape and had been very sincere in wanting me back. I was like running away from him, changing my number for five times already until I thought maybe I should give it a second chance because he was very persistent and I could feel that he was true.

Finally it came to me that maybe we need some more time and that's what i told him, then HE ASKED if we could talk, because he said if i want closure we should talk personally, so i said YES. On the day we were about to meet, i changed my mind and decided that I will give the relationship another chance rather than closing it. we were about to meet at 6pm. Then at exactly 6 he texted me that he will be late and after 30minutes, he texted me "can we talk tomorrow? i don't feel like talking"...

i did not reply to his messages anymore since then..

This is how it went down. Last Sunday I had a golf outing, the prior morning I had to work on a few thing for my business for the next day. She called me the next day at 1030am and asked how come i didnt call her yet. Later that day she called me at 5:30 pm and left a vm said she missed me and she loved me. I called her back 15 min later talked about the outing and what she was doing. She said she had to work the next day she was going to be by 9pm. I said I could take her son to football practice and watch her younger son since she had to work. I said i would call her after the outing was done. called aft the outing. spoke with Jac. said have her give me a call or i will stop by. I waited until 130 am at her house until she got dropped off my another guy. She said she was out with friends. I left the house. She said I was seeing people behind her back. Untrue.Now a restraining order. I dont want to see/look at her ever again.She broke my heart. I appreciate ur feedback
