There is no way to use this to your advantage. The best thing you can do for yourself is to act like it never happened and look for a new job. Or wait it out and see if the coworker leaves the company within a reasonable amount of time. I promise you that your boss has more "juice" with his superiors than you have, and if you try to cross him, YOU will be the one to face negative consequences.

It is none of your concern what your boss did. What you are thinking is called blackmail. It could get you sued if you try it, and also cost you your reputation. Besides the only way you could prove this is if you have other witnesses or pictures of this. The best thing for you to do is keep your mouth shut, and forget about it. Before you dig yourself a hole you can't get out of.

You are looking for big trouble my friend. To try to black male your boss is about as stupid as you can get.

There will be one big looser here and it is you. Even if you manage to pull it off you have made a very bad enemy. And it will come back to haunt you sooner or later.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

Sue him for sexual harrasment. Even if he didnt touch you or talk to you dirty, you can sue for the sexual environment. It doesnt have to afffect your job, just that it makes you feel uncomfortable. I had a similar situation and one 22,000 in an out of court settlement. good luck.

It's personal and shouldn't be used to blackmail him. It's very unprofessional!!! If you don't open it up, he will respect you even more and may even give you a favor for being damn too quiet about it.

You could, but it would be wrong and very unscrupulous. By incorporating such tactics you may get ahead briefly, but in the long run it will hurt you.

That depends. How hard of a person are you? It better be pretty hard because if you screw with someone like that, I can almost guarentee they will attempt to murder you over it.
