my period came this morning and everything was fine and in an hour.. i had really bad cramps, which causes me to crouch down.. its really painful.. ive had period pains before but this is awful! it hurts so bad! my sister gave me pills to help ease the pain.. and it works.. but now its coming back.. and im typing this with one hand because the other is holding my stomach please help.. im home alone.. is there anything i can do to stop the pain till i get back? im 16

I had this encounter with spirits which i assumed it was my granpa. I was one of his favorite grandson. So 1 day when i'm going to start my first new job, i got a 'visit' from him (my granpa). I was fully aware what was going on coz i already woke up. I was lying on the bed and suddenly i felt that something had sat next to me on the bed, and my lower part of my body felt ice-cold. i'm restricted to fat 40gms/d, sodium 2400 mg/d, so i'm also suppose to restrit my cholesterol, carbohydrates, sugar, and monitor fiber and proteins. the dietician didn't give me the numbers of what not to exceed on the above items. i don't know where to look to find out. i am unable to contact the dietician, she's on maternity leave right now and i need this info now.
