Seeing girls swoon when that guy takes his shirt off, listening to all the people who have them on TV tell you how easy it is, then trying yourself and failing. Maybe I am just depressed right now because my results are stagnating and no matter how much better I get I am not satisfied. All I know is, I wish people didn't care so much. I didn't hang out with my friends hardly at all this summer because I was at the gym the whole time.

I have always been a bit of a clean freak. but is it weird to change your bedding once a week? Also, i put a new pillow case on, then the next night flip it over to use the other side, then change it the next day to avoid using the same side. im try so hard not to get spots on my face. i get the odd one, but i dont understand if im caring for it. I wash it twice a day (clinique soap and claryfying lotion and moisturiser) and my pillow cases are clean. what going on?! have a got a compulsive disorder? i dont think i ahve though. anyone else does this? 10 points for people who dont take the p1ss!! x

My Daugther has been living with me since i went to court for child support. at the very moment i am unemloyed due to me having no one to watch over my daugther. My parents work during the day so it is hard for me to go on interviews.. I'm not one of those dead beat dads who dont wanna pay child support.. I just dont have a way of paying.. I have my daugther atleast 28 days out of a month my ex-girlfriend only picks her up every other weekend ( so picks her up friday night and brings her back sunday night).. How can i get child support switch around back on her she doesn't give me money to help support my daugther my parents are the ones helping taking care of us.. please help

I am 17, and mentally I am a wreck. I have been depressed for years, I feel lost in my head, lethargic, sometimes moody, insecure, mostly feel miserable and my moods go back and forth throughout the day, talk to myself, socially isolated from the world, pretend I am other people, etc. One minute my mood's pretty good, next minute, something might trigger me and I might be suicidal or feel so worthless and want to die, etc. I find myself becoming more isolated to where I lock the doors from my parents and it makes me feel more secure, for no reason whatsoever. It seems I wake up so often fatigued throughout most of the day, lethargic, and then late at night, I gain ton of energy, pace the floors, feeling creative and I can't sleep and am up all night, full of ideas... then suddenly I get exhausted and feel mentally drained. Sometimes I can feel both fatigued and energized at the same time, if it makes sense. I'm a musician, self-taught, and it's about the only thing I can do well.
