My Daugther has been living with me since i went to court for child support. at the very moment i am unemloyed due to me having no one to watch over my daugther. My parents work during the day so it is hard for me to go on interviews.. I'm not one of those dead beat dads who dont wanna pay child support.. I just dont have a way of paying.. I have my daugther atleast 28 days out of a month my ex-girlfriend only picks her up every other weekend ( so picks her up friday night and brings her back sunday night).. How can i get child support switch around back on her she doesn't give me money to help support my daugther my parents are the ones helping taking care of us.. please help

You are gonna have to talk to your atty. I would call the F.O.C. up and tell them the situation to and see what they say about it.

If you can prove that you have physical custody of the girl then that should be able to get reveresed.

You don't need a lawyer but you certainly have to go back into court to close the child support against you and file for a petition to open a child support against the mother...
I don't know what state you reside in but you have to contact the child support agency and let them know u now have full-custody of the child (even if u don't have legal custody, the child is residing with you full-time). You will have to file for a motion to close case as child is residing with you, the case will go to court within a few weeks and at that time a court order will be entered terminating the child support against you.

Make sure the date of the hearing you mention the date the child moved in with you, that way you can get credit for that time.

Call the "Friend of the Court Yourself" and explain....

Request a review.

Remember Document what is going on. Get an impartial witness.

Don't P.O. the Friend of the Court They are Like GOD in your situation.

If your daughter is living with you its her that should be paying child support not you!!!! PLEASE phone the csa and explain the situation. Trust me!!!!!!!!! you can also get it back dated from the moment your daughter came to live with you.
