I am trying to put music onto my space and it says URL files, where do these files come from, can I use my own music, if I can do I have to convert the file type? Help, this means nothing to me!

You need to upload your files to a hosting site.
Try www.putfile.com
upload your the music file you want and it will give you a choice of 3 links to copy to your myspace.
