OMG You must be my twin!!!!! Talk about Deja vu!!! Yes, I wash my face in the morning and in the evening...Except I don't use Clinique, I used to but since I swapped to another brand my face is so much better. Try Lancome. It's really fab! and microdermabrasion by L'Oreal - they have a set called ReFinish. Works wonders for a polished complexion. I also change the bedding once a week and I also flip the pillow every night!!! Do you also use seperate towels for your body, hair and face??? And wash your hands like, all the time??? I'm serious, I'm not taking the mickey outta you. I don't think we are obssessive, just careful. LOL!!! Oh, I also cannot live without my body and hand cream.

Changing your sheets once a week is just clean, not weird - I change mine that often (sometimes it goes 10 days to 2 weeks, but rarely). I think you are being a little obsessive with the pillowcases - it sounds like you look after your skin very well, and there will always be one or two spots that get through no matter how careful we are - I would change your pillow cases at the same time as the sheets, once a week.

I am a clean freak too and none of that sounds weird. Sometimes with Clinique it can over cleanse your skin which send your pores into overdrive to produce more oil. This oil can lead to more spots. Maybe try once a day with the 3 step and just use the soap bar and moisturiser in the morning.

Its not weird to change bedding once a week - esp not in the summer when you sweat more. However, I think its really unlikely that your pillow will cause you spots, esp if you are cleaning your face before you go to bed. Spots are either hormonal or a sign that something else in your body is wrong (digestion problems, stress etc)

Its horrible getting spots, i've tried to work out why i get them now and again and try to pinpoint if its to do with creams and lotions etc, but in the end its all just hormones!
i read up on it once and your pores produce more oils aound your period ...something like that, which is probably why when some people go on a certain birth control pill which seems to help keep their skin clear.....but then its a personal choice what you do, i suggest reading up on it first.
try not to touch your face too much or squeeze spots (unless absolutley necessary!) always makes it worse, dont want to end up with scars!
its good to keep bedding clean by the way!

HA!!! u are not having a compulsive disorder. i think.. lol. well, it is natural since u are afraid to look ugly. u wanna be pretty so that guys will fall for u. well, there is a good thing about being clean and there is its bad side. if u r too clean, ur immune system will be weak as there are no "training" for them. so, go outside, jump into the drain or something ( this is just a joke don do it unless u really wanna get dirty 0_o) well, i'm always dirty but clean myself up once in the house. don worry too much of urself. u love to clean and love to be clean. so, i think u need to go out more. do some dirty stuff ( positive thinking pls!!) . get dirty and get the experiences. u'll be happy for those experiences. trust me i know. but then, i'm already born dirty and had love dirt since i was born. so, how to trust me?? up to u to trust who. me or u?

I have this need to wash my hands always. Every five minutes even I might wash it. Now it has spread to washing my feet as well. Its always been hard for me to live without water on my body and everytime i wash my hands, I put some water all over too!! These things are in everyone and that is proven - everyone has a habit. Nothing to get too worried about. But still, be alert. Consult a doc if YOU think its getting worse.

Nothing weird about changing bedding once a week. It is perfectly sensible to change your bedding as often as you deem comfortable. Some people have their bedding changed daily. The facial thing, that can get hazardous. You just might rub your face off. Good luck. PS - - - maybe you should switch to colored sheets & pillow cases.

Your not weird. Although I do not care so much for my face as you do (and I guess I should!) I know lots of people who are just as vigilant, if not more, than you when it comes to this. My ex-girlfriend used to wash her face AT LEAST 5 times a day and each time rinse her face 10-15 times. It used to drive me a bit crazy, but her skin was fine I guess. You are not a clean freak. Just clean.
