My husband of one year recently decided to contract out a 15 year old friend for a small job. The friend harped on the fact that he was giving my husband a good deal because he had known me for a long time and its the "family discount". Well, the deal went sour and now my husband either wants the contract to be fulfilled or to be reimbursed for the payments because the job has not been finished. After making a few phone calls, and not getting the response that he wanted, he sheepishly decides to walk away from the deal, losing the money invested: to not have a confrontation that may become ugly. He then states that after he has tried again, that he wants me to talk to him and try to get deposits back. He says that my friend is taking $$ out of our mouths and household. What should I do? Do I get invovled or do I let the Guys handle it?

i am getting married in dec. well my fiance proposed to me last october and soon after (still in oct) i asked one of my friends to be a bridesmaid. she said she would love to be and was excited about it. i told her i had the bridesmaid dresses picked out and told her the place and price. i told her she could go get fitted anytime and start making payments on the dress if she couldnt pay for it all at once. (i picked out a least expensive dress so it wouldnt be a burden on anyone) it was only like $120. I told her she could start sending payments in when she got fitted if needed because she would have 14 months to pay for it. she said that was no problem and she would just go ahead and get fitted and pay for it all at once. i said that is fine. i got a call about 3 weeks ago from the bridal shop and was told that my bridesmaid dress was going to be discontinued and i only had 2 weeks to get my bridesmaids in to be fitted ot else they could no longer order the dresses. all of my

You gotta laugh when you hear muslims say the west is backwards. One reason is that they stone people for speaking out for justice, another reason women are stoned for showing thier face. 3rd (although i dont support homosexuality), im totally against killing people just because they are gay. Islam is backwards, violent, sexist, hatefilled, and it supports genocide. Its great what george bush is doing in iraq making these backward ragheads live how civilized people are posed to live. i have a 11 year old daughter who is very mean her friend was in tears becuase she always talks about her spreads rumors etc;. none of the kids in my apartment will even play with her she acts like she could care less i did all possible punishment that i can think of. its so embaraasing because it makes me look like a bad parent she fails in school she causes all kind of problems in school and as i said at home so if anyone can give me websites and/or advice i would really appreciate i also have to say that she told all the boys that she will flash them and amoung other things please i need hely thanks
