it stinks more than it normally does. Forget that slime and remember, milk is something that comes out of the mammary glands of mammals. In particular, for drinking purposes (at your age anyway) from a cow. "Soya milk" was introduced as a cheap (inferior) substitute. there's far more profit in producing and selling soya than in producing and selling real food.

It does last longer than real milk. It gets curdled, solid. Sometimes it smeels. It tastes off.

Yes solids start to settle out. Don't use after 3 days in fridge.

I can usually tell by trying to feed it to my cat. If it drinks it, it's fine, if it won't touch it with a barge poll, its off.
