If a lift is falling(Cable break) from the 100th floor and i managed to jump just as it crashes to the ground would i break my legs?

I filed bankruptcy almost 3 years ago, and I have been very careful with my credit after the fact. I have fraud alert with all three major bureau. I just got a notice from a company saying that I need to pay this debt. I thought I included it the bankruptcy, but it wasn’t included. All the dates correspond to the identity theft and the bk, can I go back to the courts?

What should I do, what can I do

if g(x)=kx'^2-5x+25 has only one distinct root, what is the value of k?

oh and can anyone explain to me what the "one distinct root" is/means?

i am a gay guy and my good friend Buffy's fine as hell boyfriend came on to me when she was in Greece for 10 days . he and i hung out smokes some budda and was at my place chillin ,,(i am a very straight looking gay guy).just talking and i went to the bathroom ,when i came out he was standing at the door and we came within 5 inches of each other never thinking this would ever happened i paniced. ok we are not talking about some guy whos a ugly guy. it was very hard ,but i didn't do anything. what would you have done?

I had pain around my head too. there is few liquid come out from my ear light yellow like light wax
I took 2 tablets then 1 each day this is my 4th day now still one tablet remaining .I can not explain the pain.

Is CABLE TV compatible with an LCD or Plasma TV?

I was at a friends home...they were connected to CABLE and the picture quality was pretty bad...However if you popped in a DVD...the picture quality was excellent

I am just finishing my post graduate studies and have only ever lived in student accomodation or with my parents. I don't currently have a job but i will need somewhere to live when i finish in september. Will i need to have an employer to provide a reference first? Will i pass a credit check?
