Is it possible to dye them, or spray paint them? Is there a product that is best to be used? Or can this cannot be done? Any help would be great. Thanks.

well i had a pair of black sandals and i painted them silver .
u need fevicryle acrylic silver dust.
u can buy a camlin brand silver powder and a binder
the binder is white colored thin liquid
u take a bit of silver powder and add a bit of binder to it and mix well.keep the mixture thick, because it will otherwise slide on the shiny surface of the sandals.
clean the sandals to remove the wax, then paint the surface.let it dry for an hour and if needed paint again evenly in the same direction that u did earlier.
before painting pls apply a bit of paint on the sandal wether shade of silver on a golden base.if not then first paint the sandals black with a fabric paint .let it dry for at least 3 to four hours and then u can paint them silver.
after using ur new silver sandals for sometimes u can change the colour of ur sandals by painting them with copper or gold powders or u can mix any fabric paint(any colour of ur choice) and can paint it over.
let the sandals dry at-least for 24 hours and later u polish them with clear wax.

No, her best bet is just buy a pair of silver sandals. Paint will rub off and make a mess. You can only really dye certain shoes, mainly the white wedding ones.

keep the gold ones and find a pair of silver ones, you'll have 2 pairs of sandals. after dying the gold silver you may not like it and it may ruin them, then you won't have any sandals.
