I found a webcam for 10 bucks at walmart it works fine but they can be more like 20 or 30

It always depends on how good you want the camera to be. There are extras, etc. You can get a cam which has a very good zoom, very good quality, it may also be considered as mini camera. There is just so much you can choose, so when looking for a webcam, you have to consider what you want with it.

if you want an ok one it would cost around 10 to 20 buck or you an good on it would cost around 30 to 50 buck or you want an high-tect one that shows clear that cost arounds 70 to 150 or more.

I got mine for $20 and it's pretty decent. I've seen them as low as $10 and as high as $60. It really depends on what kind you want and how good of resolution you want. Mine takes pics and will make videos, but the resolution isnt't the greatest.
