If you're not the one then why does my soul feel glad today?
If you're not the one then why does my hand fit yours this way?
If you are not mine then why does your heart return my call?
If you are not mine would I have the strength to stand at all?

GREAT song, and I would love for you guys to attempt to answer those for me. I feel like we're supposed to be together, but we're not, and I feel like we never will be.

I like a guy I have known him for about 10yrs, we were great friends then didn't see each other for about 4 yrs and when we caught up again, that's when our relationship changed. We've gone on dates, and worked together; history together. He is very hard to read, I won’t see or hear from him for months at a time. There have been times when we have talked for many hours. Other times, I have called him and he doesn’t sound interest in talking to me, I have wound up in other relationships to find him very disappointed. I have tried to give up on him, then he shows backup in my life. I have told him that I like him, vise versa, but when I have told him that we should go out sometime, he says sure I’ll call you, then he never does or he forgets about the date and calls last minute to say he can’t make it. He is very busy, so am I, so I understand but no forward motion is a drag. It’s a constant flip flop! I can’t figure him out, I have never liked a guy like this; what do you think?

Is that what Jesus taught?
Is that how God shows his love for all of humanity?
There are a chosen few, and He determines who they will be?

Wow. So much for free-will, faith, and all that jazz.

At least Buddhism places nirvana in the hands of the practitioner.

On May 11, 2005 George Bush signed the National ID act. This was attached to a millitary funding bill making it impossible to deny. Now we are not the only nation getting this ID some nations already have a national ID card. This card will make you a slave to the world government not just our own. This card will have technology to track your every move and tell everything about you right down to your religion. You will have to have it to drive a car, hold a job, or open a bank account. Now this is not just for religious people like myself. This is an issue that concerns freedom and privacy. For religious people it seems to be the lead in system for the mark of the beast. As taught in the book of Revelation. Revelation chapter 13 verses 16 through 18 states that without the mark of the beast you will not buy or sell. Well how much buying or selling are you going to do with out this national ID? Please America don't let us become slaves lets fight this ID. nonationalid.com

My common law partner crossed a serious boundary a few nights ago. He took our daughter while we were arguing and drove all night under the influence of alcohol without his glasses to another province. The police couldn't do anything about him taking her since we are in a common law relationship and she is our biological daughter we both have rights. They did say that if he was pulled over he would be charged with a D.U.I. if he blew over the limit. Fortunately he did not get into an accident and he did call me upon their arrival to his mothers house at 5:45 am. I am MAD. We were all supposed to go on this trip together but because of the argument he ditched me and the 2 boys and left 2 nights early in a huff. Now he is there with our daughter and even though I know she is safe and having fun with her family I can't help but feel pissed off at him for taking such an unneccessary risk with her life. What's the best way to deal with this when he returns home on the 7th?

One day a man spotted a lamp by the roadside. He picked it up, rubbed it vigorously and a genie appeared.
"I'll grant you your fondest wish," the genie said.
The man thought for a moment, then said, " I want a spectacular job-- a job that no man has ever succeeded at or has ever attempted to do."
"Poof!" said the genie. "You're a housewife."
