I'm talking about 10+ hours. I usually have nothing important to do some mornings so i just sleep in until about 1:00pm. Advice anyone?

You're going to become more tired. You're body is going to adjust itself to this schedule, so anything less than 10 hours of sleep is going to leave you dragging. I know what you're saying about having nothing to do, so why not sleep in? It's just not very healthy to sleep too much. Try sleeping for only 8 hours and see if you start to feel less fatigued.

Sleeping that many hours could be a sign of other problems, such as depression. If you wake up refreshed, that may not be a problem. If, however, you have to drag yourself out of bed after that many hours, you may want to get some help. It sounds like you stay in bed because your life isn't going the way you want, which is a sign of depression, and you should seek help

well i seem to sleep a lot too ... and one thing i do believe even though you are getting enough sleep you seem tireder and you do not want to get dressed and get out of the house because the day is half over..that is just me anyway..i think it does kind of depress a person too..

That has happened to me and it was because i was depressed. You can get really bad head aches from sleeping to much too.

Use a clock to keep you up you would hear ringing bells all day.
