I am a 1st time homebuyer. My husband wants the conventional loan b/c we can pay our taxes and insurance in one lump sum once a year. I like the idea as well b/c it lowers our monthly pymt every month, and we can use our bonuses, etc to pay our taxes. I just dont know which one to go for.

i ask this because everyone i know that is married end up in divorce,including my own mother. And everyone i know that has kids is a single parent struggling. i don't wanna end up like this. My dog was taken to the vet after he was run over by a car. The vet examined and x-rayed him and said he was fine. After 4 days my dog went into convulsions and died. I have not paid the vet and she is threatening to sue me. I feel that she should not have requested payment after misdiagnosing my pet.

once I was talking on the phone on my room and some bees, around 30 or 40 came into my room, little by little, I figured out they would make a hive, so I just thought I'f do something about it later, and continued talking on the phone with bees around me, actually it was quite nice, but then a while later they started dying one by one, dropping to the floor, anyone knows the why to this? OK my boyfriend is the most popular guy in school and im not so popular and the only reason we are going out is because we've been crushing on each other for a while. His freinds hate me and want us to break up bcus they think im not good enough for him.My friends think im too good for him and dont actually believe we're going out since we dont ever go on dates because im not allowed to go out. I havent seen him all summer and when we talk online all we do is fight. We had a real problem last month, so now he cant trust me. I reallly really do like him but he wont believe me and i know he loves me. Hes trying so hard to keep this "relationship" together and doesnt care what anyone says but i dont beleive we're really going out because we dont act like bf-gf.i feel like a horrible gf but i cant tell if we're actually going out. I dont know if i should just break up with him because the way this is going is not good

What if it turns out that thousands of years ago the israelites and their allieswere prophesized to be the cause of a thousand wars because they slighted a vengeful God or one of the Kings of the sons of David did so, and what if that little bit of information was removed from the Old Testament or Revelations during the editorial process?
