My husband and I have moved into an apartment that has 2 bedrooms, so my baby has his own room. I don't know if I should use a monitor or not during the night. Part of me thinks that when he really wants to get up he will let me know, but the other part of me knows that I have not ever let him get real upset in the morning. Would I be ruining his trust if I don't get him as soon as he is awake? I want him to trust that I will be there for him.

Smatbridge alert and email question.?

whenever I start my computer i get a SMARTBRIDGE ALERT saying process file name w could not be found in the dynamic library. also i am having problems when people send a pic thru email when I download photo it brings up the picture they sent but if you click the next picture Icon at the bottom of the screen it may be a icon,pop up ad, banner or picture from websites you have visitedor not and the more you click next the more pictures there are is there any way to correct this. i have already reloaded xp and service pack 2 with no results.

IS HE GUILTY? In Florida, a man was robbed of $15.00; He kills the robber, is he guilty of manslaughter?

In Court right now, A restaurant owner is held up while in his car. The robber points a gun to his head (later, a pellet gun) and demands money. The owner has $2,015 (but is able to hide $2,000) -- the robber takes him inside restaurant but owner is able to lock robber out. Robber runs away. Owner calls 911, but then gets in car and tracks robber down 4 blocks away. He runs robber over and kills him.

TWO PART:

(A) Is he guilty of manslaughter?

(B) Would you do the same thing or something else?

We had a carpet cleaning co. Send a infalted bill to our insurance co they never gave us a copy of the bill they just sent it to ussa and it was rediculous they charged us $900.00 a day.
