This happens from taking the sim card out or entering the wrong pin code several times. If it is asking you for the PUK code now you have to call the service provider. Each phone has a different code that can only be accessed by the employees of the company.

The 6280 is, as far as I know a BB5 phone. These are currently only unlockable via your network provider and it has to be the network that the phone is locked to. You cannot use a phone shop or online locking, please don't waste your money, ask the provider.

go to your local market. most have mobile phone stalls and they can unlock most phones for between £5 and £10. mush better value that your own network how charge double that.
