We had a carpet cleaning co. Send a infalted bill to our insurance co they never gave us a copy of the bill they just sent it to ussa and it was rediculous they charged us $900.00 a day.

No, I would call the insurance company. That is fraud.

Of course not! Report them to the Better Business Bureau or something. The insurance company is also to blame if they have paid them without first verifying with you. Write letters to the Editors of all your local newspapers.

Report the company to the insurance agency and the Watchdog for that type of company. Why shoudl they get a huge amount of money for work they didn't do?!

Offer to settle with them for a lower rate. Believe me, they will not call the insurance company - they dont want an investigation into their practices....

NO! Call your insurance company, and let them know what's going on. Then call the carpet cleaners, and demand an explanation. If they quoted you for a lower price, they are breaking the law. WTF did they do to earn that much fricken money? And your ins. rate may go up b/c of it, so I'd definately complain!

do not pay them for the work they didnt do
even if someone else pays it
'they dont deserve it
and they moy go on scamming others
plus the insurance company may raide your rates

That is fraud and you should try to avoid getting involved with that or you may be paying in other ways.
