I admit, personally I find this a bit weird but I wouldn't go so fair as to say wrong. After all it's only a word. Only ask her to stop if YOU are uncomfortable with it, not just because you are worried about the ethics of the situation.
Just be honest and tell her it makes you feel uncomfortable but that you still care/love/fancy her.

if it turns you off then tell her to stop and explain that you cant perform.
However know that a lot of women call there studs "Daddy" in bed therefore in my eyes I see know problems with this one. Have fun with show her how DADDY is in complete controll.

If this worries you tell her to stop of to find a name that your both comfy with.

There is nothing wrong with a little roleplay. Feel her out and see in what context she is using it in. If it seems innocent and fun...go with it. Maybe slap her butt...she'd like it. If it creeps you out, let her know.
