I owned a house in Florida and I was under contract with a buyer for the sale of the house, before the closing the buyer hired or made some arrangements for a contractor to do work on my house when I wasnt there without my permission, the buyer then chose not to buy the house and the contractor stuck me with the bill, I have an affidavit that my realtor never gave the contractor permsion nor did I ever give the contractor permission. I believe the buyers agent contracted to have the work done for her buyer. the contractor claims he made improvements to the house, but on my contract with the buyer I wrote AS IS, I did not want to make improvements to the house so why would I ever authorize any improvements. I was giving a credit to the buyer for improvements that she wanted done to the house, she in turn decided to hire a contractor I believe and thought when she got her credit from me during closing she would pay the contractor off. What should I do?

I need to learn to save some money and stop spending it on things i do not need! Does anyone have any money saving tips? All i have had so far is
1. Walk places and dont take a bus
2. Have a car boot sale.

In response to one of my earlier questions, it was correctly answered that America is in a culture war.

This is most visible here on yahoo answer as a fight between Fundamentalist Christian and Atheist, in trying to ask questions to "score points" off one another's side.

My question is, for the non-fundamentalist Christians non-Atheists, where do you side, and why? (Not in the petty yahoo answers fight where people mock one another with such immaturity that Jesus himself is spinning in his grave)

My urethra hurts, my pee stings a little, I have soreness all around my vagina. There's no abnormal discharge or smell. When something is inserted into a vagina (something as small as a tampon) it hurts! I went to the doctor yesterday and was tested for a UTI, but that was negative. The doctor is just as confused as I am, nothing seems to add up!

I have also used yeast infection treatements, nothing was worked. This has been going on since Friday (very lightly) until now (very painful). The doctor also gave me a 3 day antibiotic.

Has anyone else ever had something like this or can give me some advice? Thanks a lot!

I've 2 babies they are 1 yr different (2004 & 2005). I had both of them thru c-section (epidural). I can't have a normal delivery. Just wondering. Anyone out there ever have c-section more that 3-time safely. My Husband & I love to have a big family say 4 - 6 children. Thank you.
