Are there many job opportunities in professional writing and what are my possibilities in choosing a job. in other words, whar career path can I take. i am thinking about changing my major to professional writing/ english. I am only thiry hours away from having a BS in professional writing.

I can't tell you about the job market, but writing, for me, has been one of those careers that fits into anything. I have worked as a report writer for non-profits, as a reviewer for a college, as an editor, as a columnist, as a translator (I'm bilingual), and as a writing instructor. In fact, I think that writing abilities have been the single major skill that has kept me employed.
