I was wondering how I email or call John Kerry. I am a huge supporter of him and I want to talk to him.

our trainer has given us some great tips and ideas, however, i was wondering what worked for you???

we have a baby doll that cries and we use "leave it" and "gentle" commands with the dog around the doll.
i also have plans for a friend to bring her baby over so my dog can get used to a baby smell, even dirty diapers, and used to seeing the baby as a part of me, like when i hold the baby.

so, any other tips??

thanks!

p.s. our dog is a chocolate lab...he'll be about 8 months old when the baby is born.

i'm female and i've always loved cars. I know some about working on them but not everything that i would like to know. I was thinking about taking a college class that taught you but no body else wants me to. my mom said it would be too hard, my dad said all the guys in the class would pick on me, and my boyfriend is afraid that all the guys will hit on me because he said its sexy when a girl can work on cars. because of all of this, i don't think i'll take it. but i still wanna learn. any ideas on how to increase my knowledge without a class. i need something hands on because i can't just read something and learn a whole lot. thanks!

I have a 21 speed Giant brand mountain bike, 3 high gears and 7 low. I only switch the low gear when I'm in first gear and trying to climb a hill. I only switch the high gear when the low gear is at its highest (otherwise the chain is guaranteed to fall off due to the angle). I have tried shifting while pedaling, while not pedaling, while not moving, while pedaling backwards, every way I can imagine, but for some reason the chain seems to fall off an awful lot. It's a real time consuming pain to get it back on, and I end up with a lot of grease stains on my clothing and hands.

Should I be pedaling when I shift? Is it okay to shift down after stopping (to make it easier to start pedaling again)? What is it that is causing the chain to fall off while I'm riding?

Thanks a lot to anyone who can help me!

I'm not really a dress gal, but we are going to the Captain's Dinner during a cruise we're going on in March. I have found several very dressy/formal pant/shirt outfits that look great. Does anyone know what the dress code is with the dinner and if that type of outfit would be permissible? Thank you!

And please tell me if you're an atheist, agnostic, deist, theist, etc.

I'm a philosophical theist, and I'd say my ultimate commitment is to "life."

Back in June, my girlfriend of a year dumped me. A month later I found out that she's gotten engaged to a guy she was cheating on me with.

I still hurt, because I love her very much. I know I shouldn't still love a cheater, but she and I were so close that I felt that I would never find anyone that could love me like she did. Now, it seems that I don't matter.

How does one heal a broken heart after a situation such as this? How do I convince myself that I'm not going to be alone for the rest of my life (seeing as that's how I feel)?

ive asked this 3x...ok, so my boyfriend of 2 years broke up w/ me about 2 & a half months ago & I am still upset about it. Some days I hate him & other days I miss him & want him back. When he broke up w/ me he said @ first it was because I was possessive and then he told me he just wanted to be single for awhile. Well two weeks later he starts dating a girl who is 15 (he is 17) & she lives 3 hours away. And they only had met once before they started dating. I don't know what to do anymore. Ive been depressed for awhile & it feels like I will never get over it. Then school is going to start in less then a month and Im really scared to see him because I haven't seen him all summer and I loved it but Im afraid when I see him @ school Im going to get upset and the progress I had made will be gone. Do you think that his relationship is just a rebound? And he will ever call me again to apologize? I just want some answers but I dont want to talk to him until they break up. What should I do?
