I'm not. It doesn't affect me.

No. its a race to a dead end. There will always be someone better looking, smarter, richer, funnier, more charming..... Who really cares? Nice "things" are wonderful... but in the long run, its whats inside that counts the most.

I try to be the best Mott that I can be.

Sadly, yes. Not exactly "wannabe". I guess, its just keeping to the flow of things. the things that people do might not even be great stuff, just simple things that is considered so normal that its weird not to follow. I dont like having to keep to the flow, to follow man's ways. But it affects me in a very real way. I find it hard to accept that people can be totally unaffected by his/her society and culture, though, if you ask me.

I hate to admit it but this is true for me in some cases like at work.
I do know that my sanity is way more important though than the precieved value of winning every race in the end however.

Who cares what others have. You die a lot sooner worrying about what the Jones's have. Be happy with what you have.
