My husband and I are both in our mid 20's, both college grads, with well paying jobs. We're homeowners, and adopted a puppy a 1yr ago, to take a tiny step towards the ultimate reasponsiblity of having a child. We have been together for 9 years and married 1. Everything is going very well, and we have adjusted to married life quite nicely. I, for some reason, have this overwhelming desire to have a baby now. My husband, however wants to wait a year. He tells me that he is not ready for the resposiblity of a child, he could not even begin to picture himself as a father at this time, and that a child would mess up our lives right now. Although he told me this in pure honesty, I was kind of hurt by this comment. I wonder if his opinion can change that drastically in a year? He has never been around small children, and has no idea what to expect. I don't think he understands the love that they bring to your life. I want him to want a baby, but would never force him to . Any comments?

I have 2 daughters. I have custody of my 14yr daughter. She have been with me my most of her life. She now wants to go live with her mother. I am just falling apart about it. I love my daughter so much. It appears that she wants to go to her mothers because she can do what she wants. Her 16yr old sister can do really what she wants at her mother's house. Her mother is more like a friend to her than a mother. I am father first, than more like a friend. She is a wonderful daughter (honor role, but I have to keep up on her). She seems to rebel against me. I tried so much to improve on our relationship. But it appears that no matter what I try it doesnt help. I feel the best thing for her is to stay with me. I think she feels like she is missing out with her mother because her mother really doesnt give her much attention. I do the opposite and my daughter seems like she doesnt want my attention. I am lost and looking for help. Not afraid to ask for help when it comes to my daughter

I know alot of Muslims who are very strict about the no eating pork bit, but they drink lots of alcohol which I thought was illegal for them to do so, and they wear pig leather shoes, which I thought they weren't supposed to have contact with pigs.

Also, I think Muslims in different countries seems to have varied practices.

We are flying out of Cleveland, to Seattle (around 7 hours with 1 stop); then from Seattle to Okinawa (around 20 hours with 1 stop). My main concern is my 2 yr old, he is very ornery and not always easy to keep occuppied, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

to all muslims who keep doing their best to defend mohomed i say that you have lost the game. mohomed had a 9 year old wife, lots of wives and concubines, he murdered, raped, pillaged and lied.
no matter how hard muslims try to defend this prophet, the damage that his lifestyle has done to the image of islam and God will never be repaired.

my wife loves every man but me, her husband. i finally decided to leave her lying butt! i know "there are a lot of fish in the sea" but, i feel terrible about myself. i guess you could say my confidence is in the toilet....lol i feel unattractive, old,(32), out of shape, and i couldnt keep my wife satisfied, so what woman will want me now. what a waste i was with her for 10 years. how do i move on and feel better for doing it? staying is no longer an option it makes me more ill by the hour! i cant stand it. we have 2 boys (5 and7) now she is trying to use them against me. saying she will take them and run off to who knows where. what the hell do i do?

If not..then wouldnt they have become really hairy? Adam would of had long hair and a long beard.Eve would of had hairy arm pits and legs etc. If so......doesnt this make 'cave man' plausable from a biblical perspective, seeing as how they didnt have houses either?
