I do not feel safer over the past 6 years GWB has been in office. Our status is at an all time low with the rest of the world. All you have to do is look like an American and you are a target. This is something that was building for about 50 years before GWB got in office. GWB just pissed them off a little more at us. You have to keep in mind he had nothing to do with the WTC bombing. It happened while he was ingoring everything and on one of his five 2 month vacations per year he took the first few years he was in office. With no doubt it was his fault we allowed our selfs to get attacked but was not him that started it.

Absolutely. We've been victims of terrorist attacks since the 70's all over the world and even here in the US. The WTC had even been bombed in the 90's. Clinton did nothing in as usual. This President said enough is enough. So yes I feel safer.

Are you nuts, while we have not been attacked again there is no real proof that we are immune, we have caught a few but there are many out there that would do the country harm if they could. Bush has expanded government and spent like no other president in history and still there is always a threat to the United States.

Do you honestly think that Home Security officials would reveal every instance of terrorist plots that were aborted?
Don't you think that this would reveal to the terrorists the methods used?
Whether one "feels" safer, are we not, since plots have been aborted?
Did you know that in WW II the news media revealed that our military had "cracked the Japanese code"?

We were living in a much safer world.We had enemies but they were small groups and individuals.But by attacking and threatening we have nations our enemies like afghanistan,Iraq,Iran,N Korea and Now Lebonan
