Please help...?

I sent an email to someone in another country. That person replied me with an email too. I deleted by mistake the copy of the email I had sent him I now need desperately to prove what I sad in that deleted email to someone else. IS THERE ANY WAY I can retrieve an important email that was inadvertently deleted from my PC ? I do not want to ask the recipient for it. Please help.

Is love not boastful?

I know this is kinda religoius but in the bible it says Love is not boastful.

Meaning f you have a guy or girl who brags sayin Muh gf is SOO ******* HOTT OR my guy is so ******** sexyyyyyyyyyyyyy or somethin You are just happy to have a bf or gf that is hott therefore you do not love her or him you Lust, if I loved a girl I would not be sayin that ****. Id say Im happy, I love her n yea shes beautiful, I learned this verse in the bible to be true out of experince I know a few dudes who have done that.. and If somethin happens like somethin little like a misunderstanding hethey wont gie a crap. and they would say I dunno she was just hott. same with girls I have heard girls asked why they were with a guy and this guy she would go to her friends and say what I said hes so sexyyyyyy this and that nothin bout Love or anything Just hes so hott or somethin and she would say when asked because he was hott.
so dont you agree that that verse is true

What if you forget to take Prevacid 30 minutes before a meal, can you take it during or after ?

Is consciousness a physical thing or not?

Point blank: Is consciousness a physical thing or not?

I was thinking about immortality a moment ago and it came to me that all one would need is to prolong consciousness in some form to be immortal or closer to it. But what part of the body contains or secretes this thing known as consciousness? (beacuse that is the only part you would have to rejuvinate and keep alive and also potentially replace!)

None, you say?

Well I find that prett fascinating. If the body creates it that should be testable.... I am talking about self awareness here. That sense. Not the others they knock off with a twitch of the brain in an open skull. I would think it is common knowledge to know the basic makeup of what we term consciousness; of awareness, thought, judgement, emotion, etc.
