This kind of dreams indicates that you are not happy with yourself, that you would rather be different.Try to remember how that person looked like and ask yourself what you liked at her.That was in fact an image of you, of a perfect you.Take some time and think about yourself and how you really are and how would you like to be!

a mirror symbolizes how you see yourself - and in the dream realm, this would be mentally, not physically.
You don't give a lot of details on what the different person looks like in relation to you, and this would give the most insight on the dream. It also helps to know what is going on in your life at the time of the dream because that would help you connect it to the physical world.
But here are some possiblilities:
It could mean you want something to be different about yourself, or something recently happened that made you different. The image you saw will give you clues as to what has changed. How did you feel in the dream about it not looking like you? This will help you understand if the change was a good or bad one.
If it appeared to be someone you recognized or know, it could mean you feel like they are a part of you, or equal to you, or you have some of the same qualities as they do.

might mean that what you are to the world & society in general is not the real you. There is something that wants to expressed , desire awaiting fulfillment, anger to to removed properly, that reflects in the mirror. a face that is diifferent translates into a inner self that is not in sync with itself.
The dream has to come couple of times for it to have meaning . An once in a while occurence, is meagingful but not serious.

Do you have guilt about anything? could be telling you that you have been two faced about something!! dreams can reflect things like that, things sometimes play on your sub conscious and show themselves in dreams.

That you're two faced? Maybe you're doing something in your life that doesn't feel right for you. Like you're playing your part but are uncomfortable with it.
