I prefer a variety . . . mystery, ghost, magical, Appalachian, science fiction, occasional love story, classics, a few religious fiction, historical based fiction, biographies, a few self help if the author is good, etc. I just can't read the same genre of books back to back. My favorites are authors who are original in their thinking or can make the ordinary come to life. I prefer to do downloadable audio-books through Net Library.

Anything really. I am an avid reader and have found myself reading the back of cereal boxes if theres nothing else. At the moment I'm reading a book called "Valdez is coming" by Elmore Leonard. Before that I was reading "The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud" by Ben Sherwood which I highly recommend!

I enjoy any book you hand to me from airy-fairy fantasy to hard going horror. The only problem is that I tend to get entranced in so many books at the one time that I often lose track of the story line and what books I'm reading and sometimes this leads me to not finish any of the books I was reading in the first place!!!!!!!
