Ever since my mom started to work she never has time to do things anymore. I am ver fustrated because this interferrs with my friendships and social time. How do I controll this?

Im in 11th grade and going to a new school in the fall. I recently was at a pretty small school. Most of the guys were wanna- be gansters and were really stupid. White people are always saying black women are welfare queens and teenage mothers. Look at the facts. Most women who are on "welfare" are not african american. And there is no such thing as welfare anymore. Welfare ended about a decade ago. Also the birth rate of unmarried black teens is steadily declining. Several studies show black women are among the most educated people in the nation. How long do we have to live with the sterotype that we are welfare queens, especially when THERE IS NO WELFARE ANYMORE!!!

In the Mid 80s I was in the Navy with a guy named Ferguson who claimed he could "save" a fart for a week (nonsense I know) and one day at an awards ceremony on the weather deck (OUTSIDE) and cleared an entire division from around him. The Skipper at the podium, Ferguson standing there at attention surrounded by 30-40 men that opened up into a circle around him. All I can say is that it was that toxic.
