STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH MUSHROOM
SAUCE
4-6 chicken breasts, deboned
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter, melted
SAUCE:
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Salt and pepper
Halve breasts and dust with flour. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine bread crumbs, onion, salt, poultry seasoning and hot water. Stuff breasts, hold together with toothpick. Brown in butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Prepare sauce by browning mushrooms in butter. Add onions. Stir in flour. Slowly add in sour cream and cream and cook gently. Pour over chicken just before serving.

Cheese filled rooster you may replace blue cheese for the feta cheese in case you like. you would be able to additionally use any solid flavored cheese, which contain sharp cheddar. aspects: * 4 boneless, skinless rooster breasts * a million/2 cup crumbled feta cheese * 3 Tbsp. chopped sparkling parsley * a million/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves * 2 Tbsp. olive oil * 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained * a million/4 cup sliced black olives * a million Tbsp. cornstarch training: decrease a three" slit interior the thick fringe of each rooster breast to form a pocket, being careful to no longer decrease thoroughly in the time of the flesh. combine cheese, parsley, oregano and oil and combine gently. Spoon a million/4 of filling into each and each pocket. place rooster in ungreased 2 quart baking dish. In yet another small bowl, combination tomatoes, olives and cornstarch and pour over rooster. Bake at 350 levels for 35-40 minutes until rooster is carefully cooked. Serve with spaghetti, in case you like. Serves 4

Side dish-salad...make a vinagrette (raspberry)
