hey ok my fashion is like emo/punk/hardcore (checker vans, studded belts, shopping at hot topic etc) im gonna be staying in times square, and i was wondering what are some cool places to get clothes that i would like?? what are some cool stores where i could get diffrent clothes(i.e. leg warmers, etc) thanks so much please answer

Just wander around Greenwich Village. You'll be all set. 8th Street, between 6th Ave and Bway especially.

I think NYC has a Hot Topic too! BUT here's a cool tip: There's a place called Canal Street, and it's a bunch of hole-in-the-wall (literally) shops of all kinds, including T-Shirts, watches, smoke shops, novelty, and they are ALL super cheap....also, you can bargain with them....Like "Hey, that shirt was $8 down there, why should I pay $12 here?" etc. They'll haggle. Lots of counterfiet stuff, but who cares? You must check it out! Easy to get to by subway.....Canal Street Station.
