i have been meditating in the wilderness thinking of a plot to defeat the enemy wetbacks.

im looking for information on how to identify bees. one landed on me that i've never seen before. it was about 2 to 3 inches long, bright yellow with black stripes, very shiny. it sorta looked fake, like it was made of plastic. i live in eastern WA if that helps.

I manage a multimillion dollar business with 23 facilities nationwide. My employees say that I am too abrupt and direct when answering questions. The previous manager was very "family" oriented and but we barely broke even every year. If my management style has increased sales 4000 % over the past four years why should I change it? The results speak for themselves. We have a lot have managers who are older than I but who never put up any numbers until I put my foot up their ****. We have weeded out the below average performers and increased the sales of the mediocre performers. They are all making more money than they ever have and I make every attempt to leave them alone unless there's a problem. What I don't want is a general dissatisfaction with my employees because I do care about them and their families. Any suggestions as to what I may be able to do without compromising performance.

I have 2 children with my x-husband, they are 9 & 11. We divorced in 1997. He is now married to my little sister, has been arrested for drug related charges 8 times since our divorce, works out of state & is only home on weekends. He does pay his child support faithfully & has my sister pick the kids up for his visitation times. But he keeps taking me to court, 5 times in the last 8 years. He is trying to get custody. I have physical custody & he has reasonable rights to visitation, but he thinks he can raise them better than I can. I win each time we go to court, I have an awesome lawyer, but it is starting to get expensive. I have paid out a total of $9,000.00 not including the divorce ($2000.00). I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to get him to stop taking me to court. I can't hire a hitman, and I'm not going to let him have custody. The kids don't want to live with him, but they do love thier dad. How can I get him to see that he is only hurting the kids?

Angels are not mythical beings.Angels are persons..they have their own personalities and characteristics. They stand before the throne of God and praise him. Angels are real and they are here. Angels do not have mans shortcomings and therefore act for God and represent him when communicating with men and women. Angels are Gods ambassadors. 1. winds in the physical world 2.Angels in the spirtual world and 3.Prophets in the human world, connecting with the spirtual world.
Angels have`nt just arrived they were here before our planet was created. They helped in the development of our planet. Perhaps other people are saying that angels are descending and they are here on earth as in new numbers. I do not perceive that. They have always been here.It is we that have been giving grace in being able to see the angels or to recognize them..It has alot to do with the work going onthis century of mans great spirtual leaders and people who have devoted their lives to bring a better world!

I understand that some religions believe that being gay is wrong. I am not gay, but I have friends that are and friends that beleive it is wrong. I'm not here to make anyone angry, but I was wondering something: if there is so much discrimintation against people that are gay, why would anyone make a choice to be gay? Some pople are saying it's a choice, but why would anyone choose it if there is so much hatred toward it? Also, why is it even an "option" if God considers it so wrong? Why would he allow it to exist just to let them all go to Hell? I'm not Christian, so I truly don't understand this.
