Pinch harmonics are prformed by playing a note then diggigng into the string with the side of your thumb at the same time. This might sound difficult but its not really a great tip is to find out on your guitar where harmonics sound best.

"Harp" harmonics you can fret a note, say 3rd fret high E string, normally, then, with this note acting like an open string (sort of), use your right hand's index finger to lightly touch the string over the 15th fret (one octave) then pick....this is more of a classical guitar technique and is quite similar to a pinch harmonic, except getting a pinch harmonic to SOUND on a nylon string guitar is hard to do. another method is to fret normally and TAP with the right hand an octave above the fretted note...this is fun for doing chords...fret an open E then tap 12th,14th,14th,13th,12th,12th frets from low to high...

You can do vibrato on a natural harmonic, just manipulate the string behind the nut...and wiggling the guitar around can work.

Hold the pick inbetween your index finger and your thumb, and only let a TINY bit of the pick show. Then pluck the string, and with your fret hand (or however you say it) bend the string. Before you bend the string, try pluck in different places around the string so you know where to pluck. Hope this helps. Zakk is the king of pinch harmonics.
