Hi,
I do moderate workout lift weights every other day. I wanted to know how can i tighten up my chest, it appears they get soft next day after a workout. I do Bench press max 185lbs. And I am a male.

Please tell me some workout sequences that can help me tighten up my chest muscles and perhaps others as well.

Could you deal with it? I ask because that almost happened to me.
She got it into her head that she wanted to strip--and because of her looks it could have happened. She decided against doing it in the end, but it got me thinking.
It would be tough to deal with--all those fat, balding gross men leering at her, trying to cop feels... and also, most of the other strippers hitting on her!
I am in no way morally against strip clubs, but I wouldn't be comfortable with my woman stripping. Am I insecure, or something?

I had problem with my server. It replies error "200" for every file that bots try to find. The problem is that when bots looking for robots.files server says 200 and because we don't have a robots.txt files bots said we will back later crawling your contents.

I have been married for the past 30 years to a man I can call an exploiter.
